Prerequisites
- A Zaptec charger installed and connected to the internet
- A Zaptec Portal account with your charger registered
- The Lyvra app installed on your phone
Step 1: Get your Zaptec credentials
- Go to the Zaptec Portal at portal.zaptec.com
- Log in with your Zaptec account credentials
- Verify your charger is online and visible under your installation
- Note down the email address and password you use for the Zaptec Portal
Step 2: Add your charger in Lyvra
- Open the Lyvra app and navigate to your location
- Tap Add Asset → EV Charger → Zaptec
- Enter your Zaptec Portal email and password
- Lyvra will discover your chargers — select the one(s) you want to add
- Done!

Troubleshooting
- Charger not found: Verify the charger is online at portal.zaptec.com
- Authentication failed: Double-check your Zaptec Portal email and password. If you use SSO (Azure AD), you may need to set a portal-specific password
- Commands not executing: Make sure your Zaptec account has the correct permissions (Owner or Admin role on the installation)
