Connect your go-e charger to Lyvra

Prerequisites

• A go-e Charger Gemini or Gemini flex installed and connected to Wi-Fi
• A go-e Cloud account with your charger registered
• The Lyvra app installed on your phone

Step 1: Enable Cloud API access

1. Open the go-e app and go to your charger's settings
2. Make sure Cloud connectivity is enabled
3. Your charger needs to be visible in the go-e Cloud dashboard

Step 2: Get your API token

1. Log into go-e Cloud at cloud.go-e.com
2. Navigate to your account settings or developer section
3. Generate or copy your API token

Step 3: Add your charger in Lyvra

1. Open the Lyvra app and navigate to your location
2. Tap Add Asset → EV Charger → go-e
3. Enter your go-e API token
4. Select your charger from the discovered devices
5. Done!

Troubleshooting

• Connection timeout: Verify your charger is connected to Wi-Fi and cloud-enabled
