Notes. The cooling-off period for the Lyvra P1 Dongle is 14 days and starts on the day you receive the parcel. For Lyvra+ it is 14 days from the day you take out the subscription; if you asked for it to start immediately, you pay only pro rata for the days you used it. Subscriptions bought in the app go through Apple or Google for withdrawal and refunds. We refund within 14 days using your original payment method. We cover the return shipping cost for the dongle.
