Prerequisites
- A Wallbox charger installed and connected to Wi-Fi
- A myWallbox account with your charger registered
- The Lyvra app installed on your phone
Step 1: Prepare your myWallbox account
- Open the myWallbox app or go to my.wallbox.com
- Verify your charger is online and visible in your account
- Note down the email address and password for your myWallbox account
Step 2: Add your charger in Lyvra
- Open the Lyvra app and navigate to your location
- Tap Add Asset โ EV Charger โ Wallbox
- Enter your myWallbox account email and password
- Lyvra will discover all chargers on your account โ select the one(s) you want to add
- Done! Your charger will appear on your dashboard
Step 3: Configure smart charging (optional)
Once connected, you can enable:
- Solar charging โ Charges using your solar surplus
- Dynamic pricing โ Charges during the cheapest hours
- Eco Smart โ Wallbox's own eco mode works alongside Lyvra
Troubleshooting
- Charger not found: Make sure the charger is online in the myWallbox app
- Authentication failed: Double-check your myWallbox email and password
- Charger offline: Check your charger's Wi-Fi connection. Try power-cycling the charger
- Locking issues: If the charger is locked via myWallbox, it may reject remote commands. Unlock it first
